| The Church of St Michael and All Angels, Finmere is a member of the Shelswell group of parishes.
St Michael & All Angels church is situated in a slightly elevated position, up a small track, off the "Y" junction formed by Valley road, Fullwell road and Water Stratford road.
The original church was built in the 13th. century, but the current church dates back to the 14th century and features a unique
17th century clock housed in the
bell tower. In addition, details of the church organ,
manufactured between 1799 - 1822, may be found in the National Pipe Organ Register
